AI startup 11x.ai, specializing in process automation, has raised $24 million in a Series A funding round led by Benchmark. The company, originally founded in London, is now shifting its headquarters to San Francisco.

After a $2 million seed round last year, 11x.ai's innovative approach employs AI agents dubbed “automated digital workers,” designed to handle repetitive tasks and free up human employees for more strategic initiatives.

These AI agents are targeted at go-to-market teams and have expanded from an AI sales rep named Alice to include Jordan, an AI phone representative who can conduct near-human conversations.

Founder and CEO Hasan Sukkar reports near $10 million in annual recurring revenue and an expanding client list including Brex and DataStax. The company's future plans include launching two more digital workers to enhance their suite of AI solutions.

With agents trained in 25 different languages, Sukkar emphasized the role of autonomous agents as a transformative force in the workforce, aiming for a future where AI can operate independently of human input.

As competition increases in the AI sector with players like UiPath and ServiceNow, 11x.ai continues to attract significant investor interest, using their latest funding to expand their product and team. #
