Link: Adobe’s new AI tool can edit 10,000 images in one click
Adobe is introducing new generative AI tools like "Firefly Bulk Create," aimed at simplifying image editing and video translation tasks for users. The standout feature allows resizing or background replacement of up to 10,000 images with a single click.
"Bulk Create" integrates various Firefly-powered APIs, designed to assist creatives without coding expertise.
It's now available in beta as two separate tools within the Firefly web app: "Remove Background" and "Resize."
The "Remove Background" tool lets users rapidly delete or replace image backgrounds after uploading from various sources, streamlining work especially for product marketers.
Users can save the edited files as PNG or JPEG, with future support planned for Photoshop PSD files.
Meanwhile, the "Resize" tool offers presets for popular ad sizes across platforms like TikTok and Instagram, but image stretching may display warping defects that might improve post-beta.
This tool could reduce the workload on graphic designers for adapting visuals across different media.
Additional Adobe Firefly services for developers will soon enhance video and print production, featuring tools for automatic dubbing, lip-sync, and ready-to-use digital avatars in beta.
Adobe's pricing model for these powerful tools will be based on consumption, requiring a premium plan for use. #
