Link: Copilot Pages is Microsoft’s new collaborative AI playground for businesses

Microsoft introduces Copilot Pages, a new feature enabling "multiplayer AI collaboration" on a shared canvas. This platform allows simultaneous document editing and interaction, combining efforts of human and AI contributors.

Copilot Pages builds on Microsoft’s previous collaboration tools and is integrated into Microsoft 365 for Copilot subscribers, with wider availability expected soon. The tool also enables link sharing for easy access and collaborative editing, similar to editing a Word document.

Copilot Pages supports embedding within other pages and connects to Microsoft’s BizChat, facilitating data integration from the internet or work files for diverse projects like meeting notes or business pitches. This versatility showcases Microsoft's vision of blending AI and human input seamlessly.

Microsoft also targets a broader audience by offering free access to its Copilot chatbot for users with a business Microsoft Entra account, emphasizing its commitment to enhancing business productivity through AI. These enhancements are part of a broader initiative to improve AI use across various Office applications.

The new Copilot agents launched today act as virtual employees, automating routine tasks such as monitoring emails and data entries. These agents can be created in Copilot Studio and interact with users through Teams or Outlook as virtual colleagues.

With these advances, Microsoft continues to expand its AI offerings, driving innovation in how businesses operate and collaborate through intelligent automation and real-time collaboration tools. #
