Link: Duolingo now offers a portable piano for its music course

Duolingo has partnered with the instrument brand Loog to launch a portable piano priced at $249. This new Loog x Duolingo Piano supports Duolingo's music course to make learning interactive and fun.

The piano features a design similar to Loog's previous model launched on Kickstarter, including 37 keys and a unique volume knob. Aesthetically, it sports a lighter wooden knob and a phone stand to enhance learning.

This model is distinguished by its velocity-sensitive keys which adjust volume based on how they are pressed, similar to certain mechanical keyboards.

The piano is compact, measuring 18.9 inches long, and light, weighing 3.64 pounds, with connectivity options like USB-C and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It also boasts built-in stereo speakers and a battery life of eight hours.

Although the Loog x Duolingo Piano is designed for beginners and comes with helpful flashcards, it is compatible with any piano. This flexibility allows users to learn with instruments they already own.

The device is available for preorder, with shipments beginning in November. It is ideal for learners who need an easy-to-store instrument with useful features.#
