Zoomin, known for converting unstructured data for AI use, will be acquired by Salesforce. The company was established in 2016 by Gal Oron, Hannan Saltzman, and Joe Gelb.

This integration will merge Zoomin's 130 employees from Israel and the U.S. with Salesforce’s Data Cloud division.

The deal is set to finalize in the fourth quarter of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2025.

Completion is dependent on standard closing conditions.
